Ms. Kalpana is an acclaimed trainer with over 18 years of experience in the manufacturing and service industries. Since 2004, she has served as a trainer specializing in both technical and soft skill subjects. Ms. Kalpana has extensive local and international experience in training and leading projects. An alumna of University of Malaya and Cranfield University, UK, Ms. Kalpana is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and IIBA’s Business Analysis practitioner.
In the past, she has held leadership roles in her 18 years span of involvement in Training, Consulting, Quality Management and Project Management. Her rich industry experience makes a valuable resource for the participants. Her analytical and technical expertise provides a fresh perspective to clients from both the manufacturing and the service industry on analytical ways to approach workplace challenges and performing beyond expectation in organizations.
Ms. Kalpana made Malaysia proud when she was chosen to represent Malaysia to be a part of an International Team of Panelist to judge the International Team Excellence Award in Philadelphia U.S.A. She was also selected by the Government of India to represent Malaysia to be part of the Internationally Trained Trainers; who reigned from 24 countries across the globe, to empower women globally through entrepreneurial ventures in Gujarat , India.
