Cindy has 35 years of corporate experience in customer service, financial management & people development, hospitality, tourism, financial institutions and consumer industries in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and Middle East.
As a Certified Trainer, Cindy has also shared her wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge with professionals involved in customer service and tourism related programs. Cindy is known to have an infectious sense of humor that lights up everyone who has the pleasure of her company. Infusing humor into real life anecdotes, she is able to delight and amuse regardless of how unpleasant and dry the nature of the subject is. Her delivery will make you ponder, be inspired and laugh. Cindy was involved in formulating job skills for tourism related personnel for the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS). Thus, she understands the skills needed in today’s job requirements. Apart from her corporate experience, she has also been involved with NGOs such as the Malaysian Aids Council. Her experience as an airline crew in the Middle East has also given her the expertise to customize programs to meet the needs and expectations of her clients who are from diverse cultures.
